What You’ll Do
- Lead 6–8 units with full P&L responsibility
- Recruit, develop, and mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers
- Maintain operational standards and brand consistency

The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years in multi-unit leadership within QSR or fast casual
- Track record of improving sales and profitability
- Skilled at developing leadership pipelines
