Who We’re Looking For
Candidate must be a self-starter, possess a valid driver’s license and speak English fluently.
Ability to prioritize jobs and work orders.
Exercises independent judgment in tracking problems related to building operations equipment and
refers to building operations manuals, preventive maintenance schedules, written manufacturing
specifications on equipment, and direct technicians to resolve specific issues.
Must have the ability to use a smartphone to document conditions and report to the upper executive
management providing technical information and recommendations.
Strong Communication skills are required, working knowledge of job-related terminology.
No prior criminal convictions.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ability to professionally interact with tenants on site.
Able to complete work orders given by the upper management in a timely and efficient matter.
Position includes: physical labor, light construction, light carpentry, general plumbing (IE. leaky pipes,
backed up fixtures, dripping faucets, etc.), HVAC preventive maintenance, (IE. programming and
replacement of electronic thermostats in vacant spaces, replacement of air filters and belts), electrical,
painting, sheetrock repairs, minor roof repairs and light duty sandblasting and general repairs.
Maintains/inventories work trucks and all equipment and tools.
May require occasional after-hours duties during emergencies.
Use of ladders will be frequently required in this position.
Manages and performs winterization of vacant spaces to prevent freeze-ups.
Position requires the performance of maintenance work inside and outside of properties.
Experience and Education requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
High school diploma required.
Vocational or trade school certifications are a plus.
Previous retail buildout experience a plus.
Ability to maintain small bucket/backhoe combo is plus
